BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION基本功能 Manage document control centre and its effectiveness and efficiency, Establish/maintain/improve the quality system and environment management system (TS16949/TL9000/ISO14001) in Shenzhen plant . And follow all audits conducted by third party and customers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责
1. To manage and control the all levels of managements documentation, specifications and relevant customer’s intellectual property.
2.Maintain the master list of control documents and data.
3.To periodically and randomly audit effectiveness of the documentation system.
4.To periodically review and update the legislation, law, regulation related to Environment and product quality.
5.To ensure that all international and nation standards in the plant are update and effective.
6.To follow up the non-conformance items observed by external auditor or internal auditor and customer.
7.Establish/maintain/improve the quality system and environment management system (TS16949/TL9000/ISO14001/RoHS/ Reach) .
8.Follow all audits conducted by third party and customers.
9.Collect, compute and retain the quality data include KPI data. Present the related data /information to related department and top management for review.
Experience or skills required工作经验或所需技能
1.2 years quality system work experience
2.Computer skill
3.Read, Write and speak English
4. Should have the basic information security risk identification and judgment.
