职责描述: 1. To formulate overseas service policies according to overseas business needs and promote their organization and implementation; 2. According to the data of different business departments, provide business improvement and adjustment suggestions, cooperate with internal resources of the company, and continuously improve customer satisfaction; 3. To take the lead in organizing the service preparation of new products in the countries or regions under their jurisdiction; 4. Responsible for the management, supervision, assessment and settlement of labor costs of local service partner; 5. To take the lead in organizing the inspection and qualification certification of local service partner; 6. To be responsible for negotiation and signing of overseas after-sales service contracts; 7. Accept customer complaints, coordinate with service partner to provide satisfactory solutions. 任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. Skilled in listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as a working language. 3. More than 3 years experience in mobile phone after-sales service. 4. Familiar with overseas mobile phone after-sales business; 5. Able to adapt to short-term overseas travel within the region
