工作职责： 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the content moderation team and provide thought leadership to improve team performance and drive sustainable business progress. 2. In charge of the execution and optimization of certain standards for content review, and responsible for the accuracy of the moderation results. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams. 4. Lead business reviews, analyze data to identify improvement plans for content review policy and product functions. 任职要求： 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. 2. Ability to speak and write in English or Ｏne other EMEA-relevant language (German, Dutch, Polish, French, Spanish, Italian) fluently and idiomatically. 3. 1 year of people management experience (eg. managing vendor/contractor). 4. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional and cross-cultural partners, across geographies. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Active user of and familiarity with short video products (e.g. musical.ly, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.). 2. Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing content. 2 years of experience in relevant fields. 3. Passionate about Internet entertainment/media space, mobile web video/content, and pop culture. 4. Attention to details and ability to work differing work rotations/shifts as required. 5. Proven influencing and leadership skills. 6. Ability to speak and write in Chinese (Mandarin).
