职责描述： • Enable decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format • Partner with the team to create business performance metrics, tools and dashboards to facilitate business processes and increase productivity • Conduct in-depth analysis Ｏn performance and deliver insights to main business stakeholders • Identify areas of opportunity to automate and scale ad-hoc analyses • Develop think big ideas to drive customer insights, engagement acquisition and retention • Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions • Act as a database and system expert, provide support to the users from business stakeholders Ｏn related applications, operations processes, and operational reports • Provide support Ｏn usage of analytics tools 任职要求： Basic Qualifications • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in analytics related field (Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science) • Strong experience with SQL, Tableau and/or any other visualization tools. Experience with • Strong knowledge of Database Management concepts • 3 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role • Can do attitude and self-driven individual • Strong English written and verbal skills Preferred Qualifications • Python or other programming language is a plus • Advanced technical or business degree (MS or MBA) • Ability to interact, communicate, present, and influence within multiple levels of the organization
