职责描述: Job responsibilities: · Lead the development, location acquisition and assessment of Power Swap & Charging network solutions in the local areas; experience in proposition development; • Engage with property owners, grid operators, regulatory and governmental bodies and other key stakeholders; • Work with internal legal counsel to draft, negotiate and close site host agreements; · Collect leads and responsible for leads to contracting process, covering negotiation, nomination process; · Manage and maintain partner relationships and conduct long-term strategic cooperation plans, collect and feedback market information; · Responsible for the local market development of power product and services; · Main business area: electrical charging installation, real estate, landlord broker, charging service provider, grid service company, etc.; · Market benchmarking: analysis of other brands' competitiveness in certain region · Cooperate with marketing team of various events at the city. 任职要求: Job Requirements: · About 3-5 years of business negotiation experience and project landing experience with proven track record of closing deals; · Strong business development skills, excellent presentation and communication skills; • Entrepreneurial & innovation mindset; flexibility, sense of urgency, creative problem solver, desire to build from the ground up; • Positive attitude, team player, collaborator; • Results oriented, attention to both "big picture" as well as detail; • Excellent ability to manage 10 multiple projects simultaneously and under strict deadlines; · Candidates with experience in real estate, public tenders, sustainable industries are preferred; · Plenty of teamwork experience, strong learning ability and strong pressure resistance; • Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus; • A willingness to travel extensively; • A valid driver's license.
