Responsibilities: Responsible for leading energy team to implement the NIO Power energy business in Europe, including power swap (site selection, construction, operation), charging (home charger installation, site selection, construction, operation, sales) , Battery operations (security, logistics, upgrades), and other energy-related user services and business development. This position requires good user experience awareness and team leadership, leading the entire team to continuously improve user experience and efficiency.
