Key Responsibilities: 1. Understand Global Corporate business strategy and the impact to country; 2. Overview and develop country growth strategy and team structure that supports country future growth; 3. Manage team’s daily business activities, budget, line management and people management; 4. Develop sales and revenue driven environment by strategically breakthrough critical accounts, maintaining CXO level client relationship, creating instance communication/feedback approaches, reliable market analysis prediction system to reflect the changes into the actions plan; 5. Enhance Xiaomi company brand awareness in the market; 6. Diagnose the organization issues and optimize the business process to improve business efficiency; 7. Lead and coach the team On the key skills/knowledge for working capabilities; 8. Support team to resolve the complicated business situation and offer suggestions; 9. Liaison with HQ and leverage HQ resource to fit the front line business needs; Requirements: · Degree in Business Management or a Master degree in Business Administration; · Familiar with Xiaomi business, culture, products and working approach; · Previous global working experience and understand the different country culture; · Entrepreneurial spirit; · Strong leadership qualities in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives; · Excellent communication skills; · Highly organized; · Strong work ethic; · Good interpersonal skills; · Meticulous attention to detail;
