We require a dedicated and innovative character to work with internal clients assisting in the efficient management of Admin Department and effectively support leaders and employees within all aspects of the work. You will be reporting to the Head of Global Admin Department and the first contact point for country office to provide operational Admin service, working in a context of the business and within budget. Key Responsibilities: 1.        As a receptionist you are the first point of contact and are critical in ensuring that a positive first impression is created with all visitors to the home. 前台管理 2.        Personal assistant to senior leader and manages personal business schedule, expense, communication with HQ 个人助理事务 3.        Streamline all administration policies, procedures and management including office management, fixed assets management, mobile phone, company car, business insurance, ticket/hotel/accommodation, business trip expenses, meeting/annual party events, team building, employee recognition and so On; Facilitate the improvement office operation efficiency through local, region and HQ; 行政有关的政策制定和梳理以及流程优化; 4.        Ensure to align all local admin related compliance including office insurances and Health & Safety;本地行政法定遵从,包括保险和健康、安全标准 5.        Manage day-to-day administration actives including office management, invoice process, purchasing, stationary, company car/mileages, fixed assets, SIM card, accommodation management and access control; 行政日常事务管理 6.        Manage office budget to ensure all cost reasonably spent;行政预算和合理开销 7.        Facilitate team atmosphere and organize team building events; Support business the meetings or events, e.g. town hall meetings, roundtable, annual part;团建组织和行政会务组织 8.        Admin vendor assessment and PSL selection as well as payment; 行政VENDOR评估和选择以及费用支付 9.        Participate in admin related projects and annual admin self-examination; 行政项目跟进和行政工作自检 10.    Visa Operation support and other ad hoc Admin relevant tasks assigned by leaders. 签证支持及其他任务 Requirements: l Proven admin experience with in-depth understanding of high-quality service l Experience of working in a multi-cultural, international, fast-moving changing environment; l Finance knowledge or experience is a bonus; l Excellent communication skills along with an engaging telephone manner, to maintain a calm courteous and professional manner; l Have self-motivational and Can-do attitude; l Excellent organisation and coordination skills; l Ability to work both On a team and independently to deliver results; l Proficient in local languages both written and verbal.
