职责描述: Responsibilities - Conduct market research about the EV after-sales market and to help define the overseas market long-term strategy,especially for service standards and empower local team; - Support localization of NIO after-sales business model, help local team to keep the business landing and innovation; - As contact window of CN/GB/EU teams and introduce best practice to EU markets; - According to the established market entry strategy, coordinate the resources of various business sectors of the department to promote the implementation of the strategy. 任职要求: Qualifications - European is preferred, minimum of 5 years after-sales business or related experience, Chinese study and work experience is better; - Excellent project management/communication skills and ability to work with EU and CN colleagues; - After-sales experience in strategy research especially On subscription and insurance is preferred; - Excellent user thinking and user insight skills; - PC skills (MS Office programs).
