Responsible for the planning, design and development of European power business training courses; 3. Formulation and implementation of training programs: combine internal and external demands to formulate and communicate training programs and training plans, as well as resource coordination; 4. Training course effect management: guiding participants to plan and prepare before training, and evaluating and transforming the effect after class; 任职要求: 工作要求 1. 本科以上学历,有5年以上的培训经验,如果有完整的培训项目规划、设计、运营和管理的经验优先考虑; 2. 有大型培训公司、咨询公司或互联网公司的工作经验; 3. 有优秀的逻辑思维、流程梳理和沟通表达能力; 4. 较强的创新能力、抗压能力、执行力和团队合作能力; 5. 英文听说读写流利 Job requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of training experience, having complete training program planning, design, operation and management experience is preferred; 2. Work experience in large training company, consulting company or Internet company; 3. Excellent logical thinking, process analysis and communication skills; 4. Strong ability of innovation, anti-pressure, execution and teamwork; 5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
