职责描述： 工作职责 1、负责欧洲能源业务赋能体系搭建和管理； 2、负责欧洲能源业务培训课程规划、设计和开发； 3、培训方案的制定和执行：结合内外部的需求进行培训方案及培训计划的制定和沟通，以及资源协调和沟通； 4、培训课程效果管理：包括指导培训同学进行培训前计划与准备，课后的效果评估、转化； Job responsibilities 1. Responsible for the establishment and management of the European power business empowerment system; 2. Responsible for the planning, design and development of European power business training courses; 3. Formulation and implementation of training programs: combine internal and external demands to formulate and communicate training programs and training plans, as well as resource coordination; 4. Training course effect management: guiding participants to plan and prepare before training, and evaluating and transforming the effect after class; 任职要求： 工作要求 1. 本科以上学历，有5年以上的培训经验，如果有完整的培训项目规划、设计、运营和管理的经验优先考虑； 2. 有大型培训公司、咨询公司或互联网公司的工作经验； 3. 有优秀的逻辑思维、流程梳理和沟通表达能力； 4. 较强的创新能力、抗压能力、执行力和团队合作能力； 5. 英文听说读写流利 Job requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of training experience, having complete training program planning, design, operation and management experience is preferred; 2. Work experience in large training company, consulting company or Internet company; 3. Excellent logical thinking, process analysis and communication skills; 4. Strong ability of innovation, anti-pressure, execution and teamwork; 5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
