Job responsibilities: • Responsible for field service activities, coordination of maintenance, troubleshoot, repair of charging and swapping facilities; report to management; • Complete the preliminary site survey, facility construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance of power swap station and supercharger station build, including: • Pre-site survey to confirm that the site and power conditions meet the requirements of charging and swapping facilities; • Manage the construction partner and check the construction acceptance of the site; • Guide and coordinate the installation and debugging of equipment to ensure that the charging and swapping facilities are operated Ｏnline Ｏn time with high quality; • Continuously pay attention to the operation status of the product, complete Ｏn-site inspection, maintenance and emergency treatment, and ensure the stable and efficient operation of the equipment; • Improve and optimize technical plans for the company's charging and swapping facilities, and be responsible for their implementation. • Manage a power swap Ｏn-site operation team [This team mainly provides Ｏn-site user services for customers at the power swap station, and assists users to complete the swap if any problem occurs. Provide the best user experience. Job Requirements: • ＞5 years experience in electrical engineering, site construction and project management; • Rich Ｏn-site debugging experience, and hold a low-voltage power equipment installation and maintenance license; • Understand the installation, debugging and maintenance of power electronic equipment and transmission machinery equipment; • Familiar with 20kV and below 20 kV distribution systems; • Knowledge of power system operating procedures and safety regulations; • Excellent customer service awareness and logical structure thinking • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders; • Entrepreneurial & innovation mindset; flexibility, sense of urgency, creative problem solver, desire to build from the ground up; • Positive attitude, team player, collaborator; • Results oriented, attention to both big picture as well as detail; • Excellent ability to manage 10 multiple projects simultaneously and under strict deadlines; • Plenty of teamwork experience, strong learning ability and strong pressure resistance; • Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus; Candidates with less than German C1 CEFR level will not be considered • A willingness to travel extensively; • A valid driver's license. • Candidates currently need to be based in Europe
