职责描述： Job Responsibilities: - According to the company's network development plan, preliminarily screen the address of the target area, establish the site selection process, and constantly update the site selection evaluation mechanism. - Comprehensively manage the construction projects in charge, including project approval and construction, design, engineering, cost, acceptance and delivery. - Be responsible for managing the project management company, the general contractor, the designated subcontractor and other project construction participants, coordinating the cooperation between the general contractor and the designated subcontractor to ensure the smooth implementation of the project. - Participate in site investigation and site handover. - Be responsible for all preparations before commencement to ensure that the project can achieve the delivery target Ｏn time. - Fully grasp the construction progress and quality of the project, deal with the technical and management problems in the construction process, and timely report those that have a great impact Ｏn the cost and construction period. 任职要求： Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, 5-8 years of network development management experience. - Rich network management and development ability, familiar with relevant regions and having relevant regional channel resources are preferred. - Strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit, adapt to high-intensity business trip. - Have strong communication skills and pressure resistance, strong decision-making and leadership skills, team spirit, and be able to deal with all kinds of unexpected problems in time. - Have solid engineering professional theoretical knowledge and rich engineering technology and construction management experience. - Strong English written and verbal skills.
