As a Product Manager, you will be working with a unique and gifted team developing exciting products for users and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities - Responsible for community-related products, such as Ｏnline community, sharing, interaction, instant messaging in Europe. - Responsible for product requirement definition and prototype. - Collaborate with project manager to define the plan for product iteration. - Collaborate with product-planning team to define mid-term and long-term plans for community. - Identify and balance the differences between global and local business model, - Participate in product/user research and analysis with product planning and operation. - Provide insights to refine products based Ｏn market feedback, competitor analysis and goverment regulations. - Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions. 任职要求： Qualifications - Three or more years of product management experience Ｏn Ｏnline content, internet and social media. - Be familiar with community development Ｏn AARRR. - Be able to conceptualize business flow and data trend - Be open to new ideas, creative thinking and always willing to try new ways of work. - Have a positive attitude for problem-solving. - Be able to elaborate Ｏne's vision of the future world. - Be curious of the logic behind different business models. - Possess global vision, familiar with user behaviors in Europe. - Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior, design, psychology or related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience). - Be capable of using KEYNOTE, PPT and EXCEL in daily work. - Good English communication skills are required. - Mandarin speaking is a plus.
