Job responsibilities: - Collect data to analyze users' charging behavior, depict and classify user portraits. For different types of users, customize differentiated service strategies and improve user satisfaction; - Optimize the user experience and operational efficiency of the charging and battery swap system through points, levels, and membership equity; - Regularly analyze and summarize user complaints, identify improvement points of the process design to minimize service/user complaint rates; - Organize and cooperate Online / offline activities. Provide operational support to improve the popularity and acceptance of NIO charging and battery swap services among users; - Provide power home order management, which requires communication with installation companies with some manual work involved; - Pricing/operation management for power swap and charging stations. - Location:Netherlands Job Requirements: - 3-5 years experience in project management; strong analytical skills; - Experience in the Internet industry and operational system establishments; - Enjoy working with numbers; - Excellent communication and coordination skills, with cross-department project leading experience preferred; - Excellent customer service awareness and logical structure thinking; - Entrepreneurial & innovation mindset; flexibility, sense of urgency, creative problem solver, desire to build from the ground up; - Positive attitude, team player, collaborator; strong learning ability and strong pressure resistance - Ability to control situations and focus On details, while pursuing ultimate perfect quality; - Excellent ability to manage 5 multiple projects simultaneously and under strict deadlines; - Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages are a plus; Candidates with a less than Dutch C1 CEFR level will not be considered; - A willingness to travel; - A valid driver's license.
