职责描述： Job Responsibility • Manage /coordinate local NSC/ASC source & people to execute NIO service process and experience standards; keep the high level of service experience, car repairing and Ｏn time delivery both for new car and repaired cars; • Proper arrangement of new car PDI and delivery to users; • Coach employee in NSC/ASC technically & non-technically about theservice operations and standards; • Having an insight into users’ requirements and possibility to expand our service networks, to provide suggestions Ｏn upgrading NIO service operation; • Work as a window person Ｏn behalf of NIOto our service partnerships,efficiently executeNIO commercial policy to make sure NIO standards performed well; • Coordinate the daily operation of all NSC/ASC (repair/maintenance, payment, parts… ); • Work closely with HC, properly report and get support to keep a good operation of NSC/ASC; • Handle the Users’ complain; 任职要求： Qualifications • More than 5 year-experience in similar management positions in luxury/tesla/volvo/benz; • Education: Bachelor degree is required, master is preferred; • Work Experience:rich experience in automotive aftersales service, especially in 4S shops; • Language skill: Norsk and English (Written & Oral); • Computer Skills:Skilled use of PPT/word,CAD is preferred; • Other Requirement: strong communication skill, negotiation ability, entrepreneurial spirit.
