职责描述: Job Responsibilities: - Product and service design: develop competitive travel products and services by insight into the TOC comparison of the whole life cycle of various travel modes and car ownership modes in Europe. Including: pricing model, service content, user rights and interests, etc. - User journey experience design: through user insight and research, get the user pain points and opportunity points of all services in the current market, develop and design a new user experience process beyond expectations, and design user journey improvement plans at different stages in combination with the comparison of resources, cost and feasibility. Connect all relevant departments (product, system, after-sales, power supply and finance) to achieve the best user satisfaction of end-use products and services. - User growth model: identify the best different channel paths to achieve the best channel combination, enable efficient user growth through the capabilities and resources of partners, and identify the personnel needed in the organization to achieve user growth. - Partner management: manage the cooperation scope and opportunities of partners, and realize the best cooperation strategy at different stages through business negotiation. - Business plan preparation: work with financial colleagues to analyze the financial feasibility of the business model and promote different paths to achieve financial objectives through basic assumptions of different unit prices and quantities. 任职要求: Job Requirements: - Have great passion for EV business, have strong enthusiasm to devote yourself to a new and booming industry, to play a leading role and drive businesses to win. - At least 3-5 years of end-to-end practical operation experience in mobility companies (subscription, leasing and rental). - Independently leading the team to develop new products, services and business models is preferred. - Have leadership and influence in the EV industry, known for creativity and innovative capability, clear thinking and strong logic, always stay curiosity, bear the courageness to innovate and face challenges. - At least 3-5 years in a well-known strategy or management consulting company, or background of strategy department in the automotive industry, with a strong interest in the auto, EV and mobility industry. - Strong English written and verbal skills.
