As a UX Researcher, you will be working with a unique and gifted team developing exciting products for users and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities - Enable decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format - Partner with the team to create user beavior/business performance metrics, tools and dashboards to facilitate process and increase productivity - Conduct in-depth analysis On performance and deliver insights to internal teams. - Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and act as a strategic partner in product decisions. 任职要求: Qualifications - Three or more years of operation experience as business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role. - Have a positive attitude for problem-solving. - Be able to elaborate One's vision of the future world. - Be curious of the logic behind different business models. - Be familiar with community development On AARRR. - Experience with SQL, Tableau and/or any other visualization tools. - Strong knowledge On Database Management concepts - Bachelor’s or MS in analytics related field (Business Analytics, Statistics (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience). - Have a solid background in Computer Science, e-Commerce, or other related fields. - Be capable of using KEYNOTE, PPT and EXCEL in daily work. - Good English communication skills are required. - Mandarin speaking is a plus.
