职责描述: Job Responsibility: - Develop and utilize screening criteria, models, and tools to assess new business opportunities - Working closely with purchasing team, supporting local team to find proper partners related to power business line - Lead pan-Europe partner nomination and gather requirements and insights from each country - Drive cross functional teams and execute external partnership opportunities in line with strategy and product/business planning - Pan-Europe partner management, buildup partner pool capability - Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally, find business opportunities and reach a consensus. 任职要求: Requirements: - Strong academic background, MBA preferred -Strong knowledge and relationship in EV, electricity, charging service provider, eMSP industry - At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting, strategic planning or business development related functions is preferred - Excellent negotiation, presentation and strategic planning Skills - Slef-motivated, able to work independently and in a team - Leadership skills and sound business judgment - Ability to travel intensively. - Fluent in English and German, plus another European language desirable - Currently based in Europe
