Responsibilities:
1、Good knowledge about South American market for air cargo, airlines policy On full ULD and reasonable pricing integrated with market situation;
2、Response for daily management (training), ensuring the department can hit the target;
3、Lead the team to implement and maintain customers development;
4、Understand the products and provides the professional cargo proposal,cooridinate and fulfill customer needs;
5、Gathering related market information and reasonable marketing based On the reality situation。
Requirements:
1、Education background: college degree or above in logistics, international trade, shipping, aviation and maritime;
2、At least 3 years experience of cargo agent and 2 years experience of management:
3、Good network of agents (Central and South America is especially welcome);
4、Candidate will good coloading business experience will also welcome:
5、Proficiency in English and Mandarin;
6、Has a strong team leadership, good communication skills
